Refund and Cancellation Policy
Commwiser Consultants LLP reserves the right to refuse/cancel any order.
Commwiser Consultants LLP at its sole discretion may cancel any order(s):
- If it suspects a fraudulent transaction, or
- If it suspects a customer has undertaken a transaction which is not in accordance with the Terms of Use or
- For any reason outside the control of Commwiser Consultants LLP including causes for webinar attendee login related logistical difficulties
Refund/cancellation policies applicable in the following conditions:
a) In case, the buyer cancels the order online within the 48 hours of successful submission of the form of registration, the entire order amount will be refunded.
b) In case the event is cancelled by Commwiser Consultants LLP
c) No refund will be provided if the registration is cancelled during the event or within 48 hours before the event.
d) Refund will only be provided through raising a request on the following form –

What information we collect?

Webinars/Masterclass
We maintain a database of our registrants and attendees , who have registered or attended to any webinar/masterclass organised by Commwiser Consultants LLP through our Commwiser website or any other form created by Commwiser Consultatns LLP for registration. This includes contact information, names and employers name.
Speakers Information
We maintain a database of all the Speakers and Partner Firms part of our website. This includes names, contact information, employers name, high-resolution photographs, logo, raw video and edited video. We obtain and use all the information with the permission of the Speaker and/or the Partner Firms. The Partner Firms are the firms/organisation with whom we collaborate for content on Commwiser Consultants LLP. For instance, they can be Knowledge partner or Sponsored partner of Commwiser Consultants LLP or just engaged for a one-off activity.
We use the above-mentioned information for the purpose of social media promotions, editing and posting on commwiser website.
Use of Personal Information
We use information to contact you: We might use the information you provide to contact you for confirmation of newsletter on our website or sharing new content and services via email or any other form of communication (such as Whatsapp).
